Will of Peter Dockstader Husband of Mary Elizabeth Getman
IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN.

I, Peter Dockstader ofEphratah County of Fulton and State of New York, being of sound mind and memory, do make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, that is to say:

First - After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, I give, devise and bequeath unto my son dark Dockstader all my real estate being the farm whare we now reside and all my personal property of whatever kind or description which I die possessed of. In consideration of the above my son dark is to pay the following bequest and satisfi the other considerations in the following eight sections

First, he is to give my Wife Mary a home at the old homestedjust as she allways has had it, Board & Clothes and to use her just as a son should use his aged mother and also to pay her Twenty five Dollars a year in money.

Second To pay unto my son William Three hundred Dollars in money.

Third To pay unto my son Charles Two hundred Dollars in money.

Fourth To pay unto my Daughter Sarah Two Hundred Dollars in money.

Fifth to pay unto my Daughter Ida Two hundred Dollars.

Sixth to pay unto my Daughter Luella Two hundred Dollars.

seventh to pay unto my Daughter Ettie Two hundred Dollars, and to give here a home at the old homestead till she marries.

Eighth to keep Anna Ash and use her as one of the family to board & cloth her as long as she remains at the old homestead.

Likewise, I make, constitute and appoint my son Clark Dockstader to be executor of this, my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the twenty fifth day of October in the year one thousand nine hundred and five.

The above instrument consisting of one sheet, was, at the date thereof, subscribed by Peter Dockstader in the Presence of us and each of us; he at the time of making such subscription, acknowledged that he made the same, and declared the said instrument so subscribed by him to be his last Will and Testament. Whereupon we then and there, at his request, and in his presence and the presence of each other, subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.

Be it Remembered, That in pursuance of Section 2621 of the Code of Civil Procedure I hereby certify that on the day of the date hereof the last Will and Testament of Peter Dockstader, late of the Town ofEphratah, in said County, deceased, being the annexed written instrument, was upon due proof duly admitted to probate by the Surrogate's Court of the County of Fulton and by the Surrogate of Said County, aS and for the last Will and Testament of said deceased, as a Will valid to pass real and personal property, that said last Will and Testament and proofs are recorded in the office of said Surrogate.

In Testimony Whereof, I have hereuntosubscribed my name and affixed the seal of office of the Surrogate of Said County, this sixth day of August, 1917.

Vosburgh, Clerk of the Surrogate's Court of the County of Fulton do hereby certify that I have compared the annexed copy of Last Will and Testament of Peter DockstaDer, late of the Town of Ephratah, in said County, deceased, and Certificate of Probate thereof annexed thereto with the originals now remaining on file and of record in said Surrogate's Office, and that the same is a correct transcript therefrom and of the whole of such original last Will and Testamentand Certificate of Probate.

In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed the seal of said Court, at Johnstown, in said County, this 13th day of August, 1917.
